We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by BarrierMax Santa Clarita Fence Builders are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided by you at the time of request and may be subject to change if project scope or site conditions differ from what was initially communicated.

Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins. You are not obligated to accept any quote or estimate we provide.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend services or pursue legal remedies.

Project Scope and Changes

The scope of work will be clearly defined in your project agreement. Any changes or additions to the original scope must be requested in writing and will be subject to additional charges.

We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee that all changes can be implemented without affecting the project timeline or budget.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our team and equipment. You are responsible for removing or protecting any items that may be in the way of the installation or repair work.

BarrierMax Santa Clarita Fence Builders is not responsible for damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other property features that are not clearly marked or identified before work begins.

Permits and Regulations

While we can assist with permit applications and ensure work meets local building codes, you are ultimately responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for your fence project. We will advise you on permit requirements based on your location and project scope.

You are also responsible for ensuring your fence project complies with any homeowners association (HOA) rules or deed restrictions that may apply to your property.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement and may vary depending on the type of materials and services provided.

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by severe weather, accidents, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be provided where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered or scheduled labor.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any changes.

Limitation of Liability

BarrierMax Santa Clarita Fence Builders carries appropriate insurance for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our management team before pursuing other remedies.

Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in that policy.

We may use photos of completed projects for marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to mediation before pursuing litigation. The venue for any legal proceedings will be in Los Angeles County, California.
